Class Description
For the sore yogi. You’re looking for a class that targets any aches and pains in your lower back and helps build your core flexibility. Perhaps your GP has suggested yoga might help. Our better back yoga classes work on specific poses and focus on spinal extension and lower back lengthening in order to help maintain back strength and flexibility - helping build long-term strength and resilience in all the right places. Classes are structured in a way to help you stretch and strengthen your muscles while helping to reduce muscular tension, build flexibility and improve stability in the spine. We focus on targeted muscle engagement first and foremost and move slowly and steadily so you can find comfort and ease in your yoga practice. If you have any specific medical, or significant, back issues, we ask that you consult a doctor before joining class as some (such as spinal fractures or herniated discs) may not be suitable for a yoga class. In such cases, your attendance should be discussed and agreed with a medical practitioner before joining. Perfect for: those with mild back complaints or tenderness in the joints, along with those looking to improve their overall health and core stability. Suitable for beginners. Cancellation Policy
While we always aim for everything in life to go to plan, we understand that sometimes things get in the way, and the unexpected can happen. As such, all classes are booked and confirmed with the following cancellation policy in mind: ______________________ Cancellation by US: On the very rare occasion that we may be forced to cancel a class for circumstances outside of our control, we will aim to inform you of such a cancellation at least 4 hours prior to the stated class start time. On cancellation, you will be given the option of rebooking to another available date in the future or requesting a refund which will be processed by us within 7 days. ______________________ Cancellation by YOU: Booked classes may be changed or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the class start time. Changes and cancellations must be completed online using your account, where any available actions will be listed against your booking. Should you fall ill, you may reschedule your class one (1) time, to a future date, by contacting us and receiving confirmation at least 4 hours prior to the stated class start time. Failure to inform us of sickness with sufficient notice as above, or not arriving on-time, will result in forfeiture of your class with no refund.
