Class Description

For those looking to strengthen their Chi. You’re someone who is looking to take control of your stress levels and free the flow of energy in your body and mind. In this Chi Flow standing session we will move around the space and focus on clearing out accumulated stress, including those second-hand stresses that come from others, unblocking and re-energising flow of energy in our bodies and minds. To help recharge and recalibrate, we will focus on pushing tensions out of our bodies, minds and energetic fields to give us the space to think more clearly and positively. You will learn Chi movements and concepts to help you project your energy outwards in a more controlled, determined and positive manner. By adding consistency with this style of practice, you will develop and strengthen your Chi sense to help you move energy more cohesively and positively in your everyday life. This class is designed to help you get back what you ‘put out there’, reducing the impact of any negative triggers. Fear not - you don’t have to have the memory of an elephant for these carefully created movements, but with practice the sequence will become more familiar and help you to deepen your Chi connections. The first half of the session will be faster-paced as you learn Korean Shinsundochi martial arts to clear out negative energies. It is non-contact and you will build your strength, mind-body co-ordination and mobility as you work through the 36 elements of this martial arts sequence. During the second half of the session, we slow down, with flowing movements that will deepen your connection to Chi and strengthen your inner flow of energy. It’s during this Chi Flow that we can recharge, rebalance and calm - both mind and body - together in harmony. At the end, there will be a short standing meditation accompanied by a clearing and calming pianoscape. Suitable for all levels. Cancellation Policy

While we always aim for everything in life to go to plan, we understand that sometimes things get in the way, and the unexpected can happen. As such, all classes are booked and confirmed with the following cancellation policy in mind: ______________________ Cancellation by US: On the very rare occasion that we may be forced to cancel a class for circumstances outside of our control, we will aim to inform you of such a cancellation at least 4 hours prior to the stated class start time. On cancellation, you will be given the option of rebooking to another available date in the future or requesting a refund which will be processed by us within 7 days. ______________________ Cancellation by YOU: Booked classes may be changed or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the class start time. Changes and cancellations must be completed online using your account, where any available actions will be listed against your booking. Should you fall ill, you may reschedule your class one (1) time, to a future date, by contacting us and receiving confirmation at least 4 hours prior to the stated class start time. Failure to inform us of sickness with sufficient notice as above, or not arriving on-time, will result in forfeiture of your class with no refund.
