Class Description
For the busy yogi. You’re someone who is a bit time shy and struggle to fit in a class with all the other plates you have to spin. A daytime class is what you need to de-stress and forget about your to-do list. Our gentle yoga classes focus on mobility and asanas (poses) that help us to unwind, decompress and feel good. We will move at a steady pace, working through a series of standing and floor based yoga postures. This class is a great way to slow down, connect with your body, and calm your mind. This is an all levels practice that will focus on alignment, breathing techniques and gentle flexibility to help create space in the body and prepare you for the day ahead. Perfect for: beginners, busy parents, those on a tight schedule, people in-between meetings and those who want to continue being active. Please be aware that while this is a slower-paced, less intense, session - it is not designed for customers who have restricted mobility, for whom our Chair Yoga classes may be more suitable. Remember to save on your session price by purchasing a Class Pass when you book.

Cancellation Policy
While we always aim for everything in life to go to plan, we understand that sometimes things get in the way, and the unexpected can happen. As such, all classes are booked and confirmed with the following cancellation policy in mind: ______________________ Cancellation by US: On the very rare occasion that we may be forced to cancel a class for circumstances outside of our control, we will aim to inform you of such a cancellation at least 4 hours prior to the stated class start time. On cancellation, you will be given the option of rebooking to another available date in the future or requesting a refund which will be processed by us within 7 days. ______________________ Cancellation by YOU: Booked classes may be changed or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the class start time. Changes and cancellations must be completed online using your account, where any available actions will be listed against your booking. Should you fall ill, you may reschedule your class one (1) time, to a future date, by contacting us and receiving confirmation at least 4 hours prior to the stated class start time. Failure to inform us of sickness with sufficient notice as above, or not arriving on-time, will result in forfeiture of your class with no refund.
