Class Description
For the strengthening yogi. You’re someone who wants to protect and enhance your future health and make everyday tasks feel easier, but doesn’t enjoy lifting weights or hanging out with the gym bros. You might love power yoga and want other ways to challenge yourself, or you might want to build some core strength and stability as you work towards being a power yogi. This low impact, functionally focused class will improve whole body strength, stability and posture, while providing a metabolic boost that can help to maintain healthy blood sugar levels and body composition. You will use resistance bands and body weight to work all areas of the body, which allows the intensity to be completely individualised to you. Combining simple and more complex movements enables targeting of specific areas while reducing the risk of injuries from sports or everyday activities. Perfect for: all levels, boosting metabolic health, building functional strength, protecting bone density, hormone balance, a great nights sleep. Cancellation Policy
While we always aim for everything in life to go to plan, we understand that sometimes things get in the way, and the unexpected can happen. As such, all classes are booked and confirmed with the following cancellation policy in mind: ______________________ Cancellation by US: On the very rare occasion that we may be forced to cancel a class for circumstances outside of our control, we will aim to inform you of such a cancellation at least 4 hours prior to the stated class start time. On cancellation, you will be given the option of rebooking to another available date in the future or requesting a refund which will be processed by us within 7 days. ______________________ Cancellation by YOU: Booked classes may be changed or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the class start time. Changes and cancellations must be completed online using your account, where any available actions will be listed against your booking. Should you fall ill, you may reschedule your class one (1) time, to a future date, by contacting us and receiving confirmation at least 4 hours prior to the stated class start time. Failure to inform us of sickness with sufficient notice as above, or not arriving on-time, will result in forfeiture of your class with no refund.
