Class Description
For the flexible yogi. You are someone who has always looked to yoga to help improve your flexibility or perhaps you think you are ‘too stiff’ for yoga and have always been put off starting. By combining multiple stretching methods and adding a strength element to our classes, we help you develop the awareness and ability to control movement of the joints throughout their full range of movement safely, and help you see results in your practice. Everyone's body is different and the flexibility journey is a sure and steady path, but one where using the right techniques will glean results. We are not interested in click bait ads promising you your splits in 30 days. Instead, we focus on increasing body awareness and intelligence to help you discover depth in your asanas on your own terms. Transform you mind and body, counter stiffness and reap the benefits of being able to move your body into spaces yet discovered. Cancellation Policy
While we always aim for everything in life to go to plan, we understand that sometimes things get in the way, and the unexpected can happen. As such, all classes are booked and confirmed with the following cancellation policy in mind: ______________________ Cancellation by US: On the very rare occasion that we may be forced to cancel a class for circumstances outside of our control, we will aim to inform you of such a cancellation at least 4 hours prior to the stated class start time. On cancellation, you will be given the option of rebooking to another available date in the future or requesting a refund which will be processed by us within 7 days. ______________________ Cancellation by YOU: Booked classes may be changed or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the class start time. Changes and cancellations must be completed online using your account, where any available actions will be listed against your booking. Should you fall ill, you may reschedule your class one (1) time, to a future date, by contacting us and receiving confirmation at least 4 hours prior to the stated class start time. Failure to inform us of sickness with sufficient notice as above, or not arriving on-time, will result in forfeiture of your class with no refund.
